About

Nancy has been practicing Yoga since she was a teenager when her mother brought her a book by Richard Hittleman and said, “I think you will like this since you sit like a pretzel already!” She developed a personal practice and eventually trained as a teacher of gentle yoga techniques that supported her work in the arts and psychology. Currently, as an elder herself, she teaches Chair Yoga to seniors and others who enjoy stretching and strengthening as they center, calm and focus their minds.

Nancy offers a 30 minute, individual zoom class in gentle Chair Yoga for well being in body, mind and spirit.
